Autumn is dominated by Vata, the Ayurvedic dosha of ether + air, that can leave us feeling chaotic and unstable but that also instigates much-needed change. 

Warming breath work practices, earthy elements, core strengthening, pelvic floor activation, and hip releases all serve to bring a sense of balance and to help us maintain our center amidst the changing of the seasons
